Our In Home Consult provides you with the information you need to stage your home yourself. We come to your property and give you all the details of what to do, all you have to do is follow the plan. First we do a walk thru of your entire home pointing out the things that need to be changed in order to improve the rooms overall appearance and function. We will offer a staging plan that will bring out the best features of each room, how to create a focal point & how to bring in the right emotion that will pull at the heartstrings of a potential buyer and make them fall in love with your home. We will provide you with an Audio CD that captures the entire consultation from start to finish along with a special bonus "designer secrets: of what to buy & where" that is specific to your home. In Addition, we offer a follow-up evaluation, which means that, you send us your after photos and we will give our final recommendations to make sure your home is ready to be shown.
Curb Appeal Consul
We all know the outside of you a home is the first thing a potential buyer sees before entering your home. you want to capture your buyer's attention and entice them to come in and take a look around. If your home does not have a welcoming feel from the outside your perfect buyer will just drive on by instead of slamming on the brakes to take a second look. We provide this consultation for all types of properties with recommendations on exterior paint, front door appeal, flowers & container planting, lighting for night ambiance and of course a staging plan for the outside that is designed to attract the most buyers. This includes an audio cd, "designer secrets-what to buy & where", and the follow-up evaluation.
Color Analysis Consult
Is designed to neutralize a home so any potential buyers coming through can see the homes assets and not be distracted by a home owner's personal taste. We create a color pallet that will reflect the market/buyer area. This includes an analysis of every room inside of the home as well as the exterior of the home. We are masters at choosing color and carrying the theme throughout! This includes a detailed report with all color samples and recommendations, along with a follow-up evaluation.
Email Consult
We provide recommendations via email with a fast turn around. If you are on a restricted budget but still want to get an incredible thorough & fast, full consultation this unique one of a kind service is for you. This service can be provided on either a vacant or occupied home. We will request a specific set of photos of your property as well as answers to a few questions about its condition. Simply send us back the information and within 72 hours, we'll email you a detailed explanation of which staging items to use in each room for maximum impact with minimum time and cost. As an added bonus, we'll also include a curb appeal analysis to help prepare the outside of your home. All you have to do is follow our simple guidelines. You can buy the items yourself or opt to purchase them from us. Once you have finished staging, send us your after photos and we will do a final evaluation to make sure you are ready for your home to be shown.

Our home staging designs can be done on vacant or occupied homes. We do an initial walk thru putting together a specific plan of what needs to done in order to prepare the home for the resale market. It is not always necessary to fill every room with furniture and stage it like a model home. We stage the home with furniture/accessories that is appropriate for the market area and will appeal to the right buyer. The pricing includes an in-depth consultation, 2 month minimum furniture/accessories rental, Expert hands on staging and we oversee the delivery/pickup of furniture.
Scene Design Home Staging
This is an affordable home staging service if you do not want the extra cost of renting furniture. We stage the home using key furniture pieces along with accessories to artfully create the ultimate scene that will pull at anyone's heart strings and make them connect with the home. Our scenes allow home buyers to visualize how a room can be used and how they might live in that room. Pricing is based on the number of rooms to be staged. This service is great for the investor.
Occupied Home Staging
Occupied homes can be a challenge for the home owner because they have to live in the home while it is on the Market. We carefully consider all the obstacles and come up with a plan that everyone can live with. During the initial walk thru we assess everything that needs to done in order to get the home ready for staging. We take the furnishings you own, a few fresh accessories and arrange them in such a way that will completely transform your home.
