When should I book?
As early as possible — ideally by September for November and early December installations. Our calendar fills quickly, especially for the most popular dates in late November and the first two weeks of December. We do occasionally have late availability, so it's always worth reaching out.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York City. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area.
Do I need to provide anything?
That depends on what we're creating together. We bring everything needed for your design — all sourced, curated, and installed by us. That said, if you have personal ornaments, family heirlooms, or children's keepsakes you'd love to incorporate, we are absolutely happy to weave those in. Those timeless pieces make a design even more meaningful.
What is the investment?
Every project is custom — the investment reflects the scope of work, the number of spaces, the materials selected, and whether a tree is being provided. Because no two homes or visions are alike, the best way to get an accurate picture is through a consultation call. That conversation is where everything comes together and we can build the right package for you.
Can I keep the decor after the season?
Yes — everything is yours to keep. We use high-end, custom-curated pieces that become a permanent part of your home. Because the investment reflects the quality of those materials, you're not renting anything — it's yours forever. Many clients find that having their collection already in place makes each year even easier and more beautiful.
Do you offer removal services?
Yes, post-holiday removal is available and comes at an additional cost. We handle everything with the same care as installation — carefully taking down, wrapping, and packing your pieces so they're ready and protected for next season.
Do you work with commercial spaces and events?
Absolutely — we love commercial projects and events. From corporate offices and hospitality venues to retail boutiques and special events, we bring the same level of artistry and intention to every space. Commercial projects and events are scoped individually, so reach out early to discuss your vision and timeline.
